JUNE'S SPREADSHEET

I wanted to make a spreadsheet to write my daily schedule, so that I could tick. Can someone advise me as to how to make a spreadsheet. I tried preparing in excel and copying it, but it did not get pasted. So if someone has a better suggestion, do tell me.
