A Promise I Make to Myself (Month of June)

I just came across a site called zenhabits.net, surfing the net, . A casual glance and I felt it’s the same old stuff of motivating, sticking to schedules and I knew it was good for reading but would never help in sticking to my plans. I am a person who is very good in making resolutions, timetables, but can never stick to it. In fact on some days , I just lie on the couch and surf channels on TV idling my time. I spent days like that and then one fine day, I feel sick of myself and draw a great timetable. This has happened n number of times and I fail every time. I just hope I will stick to my schedule. But then here I am trying to publicly commit to do it from tomorrow. All you guys out there have to really help me out in maintaining it. I am interested in joining a forum wherein I publicly commit and stick to maintaining schedules everyday.
My little baby steps for today: 9Th June ‘2008

Read newspaper
Do at least one sudoku
Go for yoga class
Take my kid for badminton
Scribble on my blog whether I finished doing my tasks
Playing with my daughter Chinese checker and World safari for at least 30 minutes.
Read the site zenhabits.net everyday or any other motivational sites
Tick daily when completed the tasks
