I myself find it surprising that I am able to do the task what I had planned. . As mentioned by Leo, its focusing on the habit at least for a month. So five days are over and I got to stick it for 25 days more for it to become a habit. Today is Day 6 and I really stuck to my schedule and completed one sudoku, attempted the second, but could not complete as I could not crack it. I still have one more sudoku to complete. I finished my yoga today. So I am having a kind of satisfied feeling.
I am a highly moody person and cannot handle stress of any kind. I get upset and so I wish that even if any stress upsets me this month, I wont give up my schedules and stick to them till it becomes a habit.
